Vastika Inc. is seeking a Senior Delivery Professional to join our expanding team.

Position: Sr. Delivery Person

Experience: 5 – 7 years

Location: Onsite – Sector 63, Noida (Night Shift)

Salary: Competitive (based on experience)+ Incentive

Key Responsibilities:

● Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts

● Manage and oversee end-to-end delivery operations from requisition to onboarding

● Handle client coordination, team management, and escalations.

● Ensure timely fulfillment of client requirements.

● Maintain strong, long-term client relationships with hiring managers and VMS/MSP

partners

● Conduct regular client meetings, reviews, and performance check-ins

Requirements:

● 5–7 years of experience in delivery management/client handling.

● Strong background in US Staffing/Recruitment preferred.

● Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

● Strategic thinker with consultative sales approach
