Role Overview
As a Project Manager / Delivery Manager, you ll be the operational backbone of the studio managing timelines, budgets, resourcing, and client communications. You ll bridge the gap between our creative teams and clients, ensuring smooth workflows, clear expectations, and outstanding final results. You are equally comfortable in a creative brainstorm and a project status meeting, with the ability to anticipate challenges and find smart, pragmatic solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Ownership: Manage the full lifecycle of design projects from briefing, planning, and execution to delivery and post-launch review.
- Planning & Scheduling: Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and milestones; ensure deliverables are met on time and within scope.
- Client Management: Serve as the main point of contact for clients; manage expectations, feedback loops, and approvals.
- Budget Oversight: Prepare and track budgets, estimates, and invoices; proactively manage changes in scope.
- Resourcing: Coordinate with creative, strategy, and production teams to assign resources effectively.
- Risk Management: Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies to maintain delivery quality and momentum.
- Process Improvement: Help refine studio workflows, tools, and processes to enhance efficiency and creative collaboration.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure deliverables meet the studio s standards of quality and creativity.
- Documentation: Maintain clear project documentation, meeting notes, and status reports.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in project management or delivery roles within a creative agency, design studio, or digital product environment.
- Proven experience managing branding, UX/UI, digital, motion, or multidisciplinary design projects.
- Excellent understanding of creative workflows from concept to execution.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with an eye for detail.
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday, ClickUp, Notion, Jira, or similar).
- Comfort working with creative teams, clients, and stakeholders across disciplines.
- Budget management and resource allocation experience.
- Ability to balance creativity and structure keeping teams inspired while maintaining accountability.
Nice-to-Have
- Familiarity with Agile or hybrid methodologies.
- Experience in design systems, digital products, or brand identity rollouts.
- A background or education in design, communication, or business management.
- Understanding of common design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)
