Role Overview

Delivery

strategic client-facing leadership role

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end project delivery across multiple clients and domains, ensuring on-time and within-budget execution.

Own delivery governance — scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk, and communications.

Serve as a trusted partner to clients, driving engagement success and long-term relationships.

Guide and mentor project managers, business analysts, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Collaborate with Sales, Solution Architecture, and Customer Success teams for seamless project initiation and hand-off.

Implement Ambit’s delivery frameworks and best practices (Agile, DevOps, Hybrid).

Track KPIs, ensure process adherence, and drive continuous improvement.

Identify risks, resolve escalations, and communicate proactively with internal and external stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

12–18 years

Proven track record of delivering complex, multi-million-dollar enterprise programs.

CRM / CX / ERP / digital engineering

Excellent client-facing and stakeholder-management skills.

Agile / Hybrid methodologies

Strong leadership, people-management, and conflict-resolution abilities.

PMP, Prince2, or Agile certifications preferred.

Experience in a global delivery model and familiarity with onshore-offshore coordination.
