Delivery Manager - Opentext (Technical)

Experience:

Key Responsibilities:

• Own

  end-to-end delivery management

  of OpenText technical projects including implementation, upgrades, migrations, and support.
• Lead and manage

  large, multi-location technical teams

  across Pan India.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring

  delivery excellence and customer satisfaction

  .
• Provide technical leadership in

  OpenText Content Server, Archive Center, Documentum, xECM

  , and integrations with SAP and other enterprise systems.
• Manage project planning, execution, risk management, and mitigation strategies.
  
• Ensure adherence to

  SLAs, KPIs, budgets, and timelines

  .
• Drive governance, review mechanisms, and reporting for senior leadership.
  
• Collaborate with sales and pre-sales teams for

  technical solutioning and estimations

  .
• Oversee upgrade, migration, and transformation initiatives.
  
• Ensure compliance with security, audit, and organizational standards.
  
• Mentor and develop technical leads and architects within the delivery teams.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 15+ years of IT experience with

  strong OpenText Technical background

  .
• Proven experience as a

  Delivery Manager / Program Manager / Engagement Manager

  .
• Hands-on or strong oversight experience with:
  
• OpenText Content Server
  
• OpenText Archive Center
  
• OpenText xECM
  
• OpenText Documentum (preferred)
  
• Experience in

  OpenText upgrades, migrations, and integrations

  (especially with SAP).
• Strong understanding of

  ITIL, Agile, and Waterfall delivery models

  .
• Excellent stakeholder, customer, and vendor management skills.
  
• Experience managing

  large programs and multi-vendor environments

  .
• Strong financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, and margin management.
  
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
