Job Description

Key Responsibilities: 1. Recruitment Strategy & Execution • Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle, ensuring client requirements are met with precision and efficiency. • Evaluate candidates thoroughly to ensure they meet technical, professional, and cultural requirements before submission to clients. • Provide clear direction to the team on role-specific search strategies, ensuring alignment with client needs, particularly for direct clients and implementation partners. 2. Technical Screening & Candidate Assessment • Conduct robust technical screenings to validate candidates expertise and ensure alignment with job descriptions. • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and technical skills to ensure the delivery of top-quality talent. • Provide detailed feedback to recruiters to refine candidate sourcing and screening practices. 3. Client Relationship Management • Develop a deep understanding of client businesses, their staffing needs, and expectations, with a focus on direct client and implementation partner dynamics. • Foster strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted partner to address their requirements effectively. • Ensure timely and successful delivery of qualified candidates, exceeding client satisfaction metrics. 4. Team Leadership & Performance Optimization • Lead, mentor, and motivate the recruitment team to achieve and surpass performance targets. • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the team’s understanding of technical roles and client-specific requirements, especially for direct and implementation partner clients. • Establish clear goals, provide constructive feedback, and drive accountability across the team. 5. Process Optimization & Compliance • Identify inefficiencies in the recruitment process and implement improvements to enhance speed and quality of placements. • Ensure adherence to all client policies, procedures, and legal requirements throughout the recruitment lifecycle. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all recruitment activities. 6. Performance Metrics & Delivery Excellence • Meet and exceed performance targets, including placements, client satisfaction scores, and revenue goals. • Develop KPIs to measure individual and team success, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. • Proactively address challenges and implement solutions to maintain seamless operations. Key Skills & Qualifications: • Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field is mandatory. • Minimum Experience: 7+ years in recruitment/staffing, with at least 5 years in a delivery management role. • Proven expertise in working on direct client roles and implementation partner roles. • Exceptional ability to conduct technical screenings and evaluate candidate suitability comprehensively. • Deep understanding of diverse technical roles, skills, and industry trends. • LinkedIn Presence: Active LinkedIn profile with at least 7+ years of professional activity and 5,000+ connections. • Strong leadership, mentorship, and team management abilities. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and team interaction. • Strategic mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and process optimization. • Proficiency in ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and recruitment tools. Preferred Experience: • Demonstrated success in placing candidates for both direct clients and implementation partners. • In-depth knowledge of client expectations and delivery standards in these roles.Role & responsibilities Preferred candidate profile
