Key Responsibilities

Technology & Tools Knowledge

• Having good understanding / exposure in below skills / tools
• Mandatory SFDC, SAP SF (or any HCM tool like Workday etc.), NetSuite
• Desirable - Boomi, Varicent, Anaplan, DocuSign CLM, ADP, WFS, CloudPay, Marketo, and Gong
• Good exposure in ticketing tools like JIRA, ServiceNow etc.
• Strong understanding technical support work.
• Good exposure in SAAS products as well as in any of cloud platforms.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in a related technology field or equivalent practical experience
• 10+ years of total experience in IT, with at least 3 years in a leadership role focused on application support/delivery
• Strong understanding of ITIL/ITSM frameworks and application lifecycle management
• Demonstrated experience in managing cross-functional teams in a global, multi-platform environment
• Proven track record in client management, stakeholder communication, and service delivery excellence
• Ability to drive operational efficiency through process improvements and automation
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to lead teams and interact with senior stakeholders
• ITIL certification (or equivalent service management certification) preferred
