Job Summary We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Delivery Manager to lead our Application Support operations. This role emphasizes people leadership and process excellence along with technology exposure , ensuring the seamless delivery of support services across complex enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in managing distributed and cross functional teams, optimizing IT service processes, and engaging with global clients to meet evolving business needs. Key Responsibilities Technology & Tools Knowledge Having good understanding / exposure in below skills / tools Mandatory SFDC, SAP SF (or any HCM tool like Workday etc.), NetSuite Desirable - Boomi, Varicent, Anaplan, DocuSign CLM, ADP, WFS, CloudPay, Marketo, and Gong Good exposure in ticketing tools like JIRA, ServiceNow etc. Strong understanding technical support work. Good exposure in SAAS products as well as in any of cloud platforms. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelors degree in a related technology field or equivalent practical experience 10+ years of total experience in IT, with at least 3 years in a leadership role focused on application support/delivery Strong understanding of ITIL/ITSM frameworks and application lifecycle management Demonstrated experience in managing cross-functional teams in a global, multi-platform environment Proven track record in client management, stakeholder communication, and service delivery excellence Ability to drive operational efficiency through process improvements and automation Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to lead teams and interact with senior stakeholders ITIL certification (or equivalent service management certification) preferred
