Role Description Job Title: Delivery Manager Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to lead and oversee the successful execution of large-scale, complex IT programs. This role involves managing end-to-end delivery, ensuring quality, timeliness, financial control, stakeholder satisfaction, and continuous improvement across projects. Key Responsibilities Lead the delivery of digital transformation initiatives, ensuring on-time and on-budget execution. Manage P&L and drive 10–15% YoY portfolio growth. Establish strong governance frameworks, risk mitigation plans, and delivery best practices. Drive innovation, operational excellence, and service improvements. Manage client relationships and ensure stakeholder engagement and satisfaction. Oversee a delivery team of 60–100 associates, focusing on mentoring and performance. Track project KPIs, ensure financial control, and optimize cost of delivery. Qualifications & Skills 15+ years of delivery/project management experience. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Proven experience in Agile/Waterfall methodologies. Proficient in tools like JIRA, MS Project, or similar.
