Delivery Manager Full Stack Projects - Grhombus Technologies

Job Title: Delivery Manager Full Stack Projects

Experience: 10+ Years

Reporting To: Director of Engineering / CTO / Program Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Delivery Manager with a strong track record in managing and delivering complex full stack software projects across web and mobile platforms. The ideal candidate brings deep technical understanding, agile leadership, and client-facing excellence to ensure high-quality, on-time, and within-budget deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

Full Lifecycle Ownership

Manage the end-to-end delivery of multiple full stack development projects from discovery to deployment and support.

Define project scope, KPIs, delivery milestones, and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Agile Program Leadership

Drive Agile/Scrum execution with a focus on velocity, quality, and continuous improvement.

Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives, ensuring iterative delivery of working software.

Technical Oversight

Work closely with architecture, engineering, DevOps, and QA teams to ensure full stack technology integration using modern stacks like React, Angular, Node.js, Java/.NET, Python, and microservices.

Monitor code quality, CI/CD pipelines, and performance metrics to maintain development best practices.

Stakeholder & Client Engagement

Act as the primary point of contact for clients and senior stakeholders.

Translate business requirements into actionable delivery plans with clear timelines and deliverables.

Governance & Risk Management

Proactively identify delivery risks, resource gaps, and technical roadblocks.

Implement mitigation strategies, ensuring project continuity and business satisfaction.

Budget & Resource Management

Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and cost optimization strategies.

Forecast and track effort vs. actuals, ensuring profitability and margin adherence.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor s/Master s in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

10+ years of experience in software development and delivery, with 5+ years in project/delivery leadership.

Proven success in managing large-scale full stack development projects across multiple domains.

Hands-on knowledge of frontend (React, Angular), backend (Node.js, Java, Python), APIs, DevOps, and cloud (AWS/Azure).

Strong command over tools like JIRA, Git, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, and Agile delivery frameworks.

Preferred Credentials

Certifications in PMP, CSM, PMI-ACP, or SAFe Agile methodologies.

Exposure to hybrid (onshore/offshore) delivery models and global team management.

Experience in integrating AI/ML modules or scalable data platforms into full stack solutions.

Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with an ability to drive execution across cross-functional teams.
