Job responsibilities Be trusted partner and work together to deliver value from KGS Understand the business Roadmap and vision. Get the team aligned with business priorities and goals Lead the application support teams and ensure that delivery is executed according to the desired outcomes and principles. Manage the team and represents a point of escalation for the team Plan and track the work schedule and resource utilization along with the delivery estimates. Provide the technical thought leadership in various aspects of technical delivery. Work in collaboration with US leaders and teams. Highlight any delays / issues and work on mitigation plan Ensure daily standups happen and project trackers are updated daily Participate in team selection, hiring and coaching Focus on building high performing team Communicate with the relevant stakeholders 11+ years of technical and functional experience 7+ years of experience in MS Dynamics - CRM D365 3+ years of experience on Microsoft stack (C#, ASP.NET framework, Java Script) and SQL Server programming Should have managed CRM based support and projects (preferred MS D365 platform) Hands on knowledge of Agile/scrum and CRM Integration with other applications Experience in Team, Customer Engagement & delivery management Good experience of developing people and managing their performance & aspirations Experience of defining & executing appropriate operating & delivery models Strong customer focus, communication, collaboration and problem solving skills Capable to own the delivery and get the expected outcomes delivered
