As a Delivery Manager/Solution Architect specializing in Google Dialogflow and CCAI, you will be responsible for utilizing your 12+ years of experience to design and deliver cutting-edge solutions in a hybrid role based in Bangalore, Pune, Gurugram, or Noida. Your primary qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information technology, or a related field, along with at least 6 years of progressive experience in software development or technical consulting. You should have a minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in designing and implementing Google CCAI solutions, specifically focusing on CCAI Agent Assist and Dialogflow (ES/CX). A deep understanding of Natural Language Understanding (NLU), Natural Language Generation (NLG), and conversational AI principles is essential. You should possess strong proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python, Node.js, or Java for custom integrations and fulfillment logic. Extensive experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services relevant to AI/ML and data pipelines is required. Additionally, you must have a proven track record of integrating Dialogflow solutions with various channels like Genesys, Twilio, and Google Contact Center AI Partner Integrations. Demonstrated experience in leading complex, cross-functional technical projects from inception to completion is crucial. Your excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills will be essential in effectively conveying complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities are also key traits for this role. Preferred qualifications for this position include a Master's degree in a relevant field, Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect or Machine Learning Engineer certification, and experience with other Google AI services like Text-to-Speech, Speech-to-Text, and Vertex AI. Familiarity with other contact center technologies and CRM platforms such as Salesforce Service Cloud and Zendesk is beneficial. Experience with pre-sales activities, including solutioning, effort estimation, and client presentations, is a plus. A solid understanding of IT security, data privacy (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), and compliance best practices within a contact center context is highly desirable. Ideally, you should have experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment to effectively manage projects and deliver high-quality solutions.,
