Job Description

Role & responsibilities Designing and executing FY growth strategy and execution Strong financial acumen and planning capabilities. Deliver on aggressive revenue and margin targets Define and deliver to aggressive transition & transformation roadmap Manage global delivery teams (activities such as talent succession, defining organization structure, performance management, operating model, Retention) Deliver value outcomes thru smart operations Build relationships and partnerships with internal business stakeholders to drive growth initiatives Develop an organization that can sustain growth and can foster a culture of excellence and innovation (SLA, CSAT, NPS, Customer testimonials) Facilitate an environment of Continuous Improvement, Develop framework and methodology for more efficient delivery of work, Operation centers Preferred candidate profile 20+ years in the industry with very strong interpersonal and relationship building skills. Prior experience managing offshore delivery & transformation for large clients with min 1500+ Headcount. Be able to define transformation roadmap & delivering to the aggressive timelines. Deliver to cost reduction commitment. Strong thinking head & be able to provide value add by out-of-box & innovative thinking; being able to connect the dots. Managing Key Operational Metrics for run/change & transform. Manage global technology change management. Ability to attract and retain the best talent in the industry. Lead and guide the team technically.
