Role: Head - Real Estate, India Responsibilities: - End to end management of India Real Estate Operations for Limited - Ensure tenant retention and incremental revenue growth from existing tenants towards rent revenue maximization - Manage the entire leasing process for setting up new offices/ development centers/ delivery centers in India - Manage the entire lease out process for monetization of unutilized/ underutilized built portfolio - Strategize and lead the divestment of non-strategic real estate assets from time to time - Strategize and lead any joint development initiatives towards asset value maximization - Responsible for maintaining and upkeep of all land related records and ensuring that those are current at all times - Working closely with external stakeholders towards driving the real estate strategy for . These stakeholders being; Developers/ Institutional investors/ Landlords, Government bodies, Potential occupiers/ tenants for space, Real estate service partners, Law firms/ Consultants and any other related parties - Working cohesively with all internal stakeholders towards driving the real estate strategy. These stakeholders being; FMG, GSG, ICG, Finance, Tax, Legal, GP, BITS, HR, ERM
