Delivery Lead

You will be responsible for managing a project for product and/or service support from planning to execution in support of organizational strategy and objectives. Your key accountabilities will include: - Developing the project plan including detailed activities, resource planning, and cost estimation - Acquiring project requirements such as human resources, required information, various agreements, and material or technology needed - Driving the project to meet schedules, budget, manpower, and technical quality targets - Conducting regular project reviews to recommend schedule changes, cost or resource adjustments As the SAP Operations Lead, your key responsibilities will include: - Taking full responsibility for the management of SAP functional and technical work streams - Being responsible for project planning, control & monitoring, progress reporting to the function head and key business stakeholders - Liaising with TOS partner to ensure SLA and support KPI`s - Working closely with business stakeholders and contributing to business enablement initiatives - Managing project risk and issues - Overseeing and driving change management and continuous improvement regarding SAP program and project delivery - Identifying and maintaining good working relationships with all stakeholders and business users involved in various related SAP-focused programs and projects - Working closely with department Project Managers, supporting tasks as required and ensuring successful delivery of SAP projects - Overseeing the activities of other colleagues in different aspects of the program/project, including testing and training support - Supporting and coaching team members through the program and project processes - Overseeing and supporting wider Project Managers with quality gate processes to ensure deliverables and projects stay on track and to budget, ensuring business goals are met In terms of experience, you should have 10 plus years of experience with at least 6 years of experience in SAP. You should have expertise in at least two SAP modules, preferably from the OIL and GAS sector, and a minimum of 6 plus years of experience in working with end-user companies. Excellent communication and analytical skills are required. Preferably, you should have a CA background with a master's degree, MBA, or related advanced degree being a plus.
