What would you do?
The FP&A Delivery and Tower Lead is responsible for end-to-end delivery of FP&A processes and driving transformational initiatives for the client. This role ensures operational excellence, adherence to global FP&A standards, and continuous improvement to meet evolving business needs. The FP&A Delivery Lead ensures alignment with Group FP&A standards and frameworks, translating strategic objectives into actionable financial plans and insights. This role acts as a trusted advisor to senior business stakeholders to help improve business performance by understanding Client business, how it impacts FP&A processes and a potential solution.Financial planning, reporting, variance analysis, budgeting and forecasting
Responsible for delivery of all FP&A tasks including ad-hoc requests adhering to agreed standard quality parameters and timeliness.Be a FP&A process expert to enable conversation with Senior stakeholders to have result-oriented action.Primary POC for escalation outside BU, partnering General Manager FP&A as model ownerProactive coach for FP&A stakeholders across all BUCoordinate closely with all BU leads to ensure financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and IBP activities are aligned, well supported and performing as plannedBuild trusted advisor relationships with key business stakeholders to ensure finance activities support strategic decision-makingFinancial planning and analysis (FP&A) refers to the processes designed to help organizations accurately plan, forecast, and budget to support the company s major business decisions and future financial health. These processes include planning, budgeting, forecasting, scenario modeling, and performance reporting.Act as the primary interface with Accenture for escalated outsourced FP&A services, including demand management, issue resolution, and performance oversight.Ensure E2E service delivery performance and accountability against standards across all locations (BU's)Monitor service levels, conduct monthly/quarterly reviews, and drive corrective action plans where performance gaps exist (supported by GM Partnership and Performance)

CA is not required, but it is preferred.Support IBP processes, ensuring financial alignment and integration with operational plans.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial perspectives are embedded in planning cycles.Provide financial leadership in IBP meetings and forums.Oversee SLA adherence, KPI tracking and commercial compliance for FP&A services delivered internally and externallyLead governance forums with vendors, aligning changes and escalations with the right stakeholders across the finance ecosystemSupport Hub in defining change control, resource augmentation and cost optimisation initiatives across FP&A activities.Identify continuous improvement opportunities across process, tools and team capabilities in partnership with Group Finance and The Hub Contribute to the development and evolution of the FP&A Capability Framework and Operating Model.
Roles and Responsibilities: Strong understanding of Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) FP&A operating model Demonstrated experience working with or managing BPO/outsourced finance partnersExpertise in FP&A processes such as budgeting, forecasting, IBP, and management reportingStrong communication and stakeholder engagement skills across levelsExperience in finance transformation, continuous improvement and tool adoptionCommercial acumen to support service performance reviews and vendor governanceRelationship builder, influencer and integrator, skilled at building and maintaining strong teams, valuing collaboration and consensus-buildingSolutions-oriented and comfortable with ambiguityCritical thinking, communication, creativity, and decision-making, which enable you to identify, analyze, and resolve challenges effectively Listening and coaching mindset, resilient, objective and able to manage competing priorities.12-15+ years' experience in finance from manufacturing sector or related field with a cross-functional FP&A skillset, driven transformation in complex FP&A environment, and track record of effective leadership experience
