Summary:As a Delivery Lead, you will oversee the complete delivery process or specific components of a contract, ensuring that operational, contractual, and financial commitments are met. Your typical day will involve coordinating with various teams, monitoring service quality, and identifying opportunities for enhancing service efficiency and effectiveness. You will play a crucial role in managing delivery outcomes and exploring avenues for additional business through up-selling or cross-selling.
Roles Responsibilities:

Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience.

Should have influencing and advisory skills.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.

Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and best practices.

Experience in managing service delivery in a fast-paced environment.

The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
