Key Responsibilities

Delivery & Program Management

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale data transformation programs
• Manage multiple workstreams across geographies, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes
• Drive agile delivery practices and continuous improvement initiatives

Client & Account Management

• Own client relationships at senior technical and business stakeholder levels
• Scale accounts by identifying new opportunities and aligning delivery with client goals
• Effectively handle escalations, governance, and stakeholder communications

Team Leadership & Talent Management

• Build, mentor, and scale high-performing technical teams
• Onboard new talent, manage performance, and foster a collaborative culture
• Align team structures with evolving delivery needs and client expectations

Technical Oversight

• Provide architectural guidance and technical leadership across

  Snowflake, Databricks, and cloud platforms

• Lead modernization efforts from legacy systems (e.g., Teradata) to modern data platforms
• Ensure best practices in

  data engineering, DevOps, and platform governance

Strategic Thinking & Innovation

• Bring a strong point of view on the future of

  Data & AI

• Collaborate with clients on

  AI readiness, data strategy, and innovation roadmaps

• Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies

Required Skills & Experience

• 12+ years

  of experience in IT, with at least

  5 years in delivery leadership roles

• Strong hands-on background in

  software/data engineering

  , having progressed through technical roles
• Proven experience managing and scaling large accounts and delivery teams
• Strong expertise in

  Snowflake and Databricks

  (hands-on experience in both is mandatory)
• Experience modernizing legacy data estates (e.g.,

  Teradata, Netezza

  )
• Domain experience in

  Financial Services or Insurance

• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in high-pressure, commercially driven environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications in

  Snowflake, Databricks, or cloud platforms

  (AWS / Azure / GCP)
• Exposure to

  AI/ML use cases

  and data science workflows
• Experience working with

  global teams across time zones
