About The Role

Project Role :Delivery Lead

Project Role Description :Manages the delivery of large, complex projects using appropriate frameworks and collaborating with sponsors to manage scope and risk. Drives profitability and continued success by managing service quality and cost and leading delivery. Measures and communicates progress to leadership within committed time frames. Proactively support sales through innovative solutions and delivery excellence.

Summary:As a Delivery Lead, you will manage the delivery of large and complex projects, ensuring that appropriate frameworks are utilized while collaborating with sponsors to effectively manage scope and risk. Your typical day will involve driving profitability and success by overseeing service quality and cost, measuring progress, and communicating updates to leadership within established time frames. You will also proactively support sales initiatives through innovative solutions and a commitment to delivery excellence, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages team engagement and success. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience.- Should have influencing and advisory skills.- Engage with multiple teams and responsible for team decisions.- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams, and provide solutions to business area problems.- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment on project goals and objectives.- Mentor junior professionals, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and knowledge. Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 18 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting.- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full time education is required. Qualification 15 years full time education
