1. Proven track record in driving process improvements and managing delivery governance.

Must Have:-

• Experience in delivery excellence, project/program management, or operations.
• Proven track record in driving process improvements and managing delivery governance.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Excel,
• Certifications in Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or Agile methodologies are a plus.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Responsibility:-

• Develop and implement delivery excellence frameworks, methodologies, and governance models.
• Monitor and analyze delivery performance metrics (quality, timeliness, cost, customer satisfaction).
• Identify process gaps and lead improvement initiatives using Agile methodologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals and client expectations.
• Conduct regular delivery reviews and audits to ensure compliance and consistency.
• Drive automation and digital transformation initiatives to improve delivery efficiency.
• Mentor and train delivery teams on best practices and continuous improvement techniques.
• Prepare and present reports to senior leadership on delivery health and improvement plans
