Deliver Head - IT Recruitment

JOB RESPONSIBILITES:-

• Responsible of maintaining top line & Complete ownership of P&L, Delivery & Revenue.
• Developing, owning, and implementing delivery strategies to maximize revenue.
• Responsible for all client management & ensuring 100% service satisfaction by quality delivery.
• Continuously assess and refine recruitment processes and tools to ensure efficiency and effectiveness for market leadership.
• Keep a constant connect with the clients to develop, retain, and growth of accounts & revenue.
• Oversee the daily, routine tasks involved with addressing the customer's needs and concerns and maintaining their account activities.
• Ensure all candidates connected & touched by team are dealt with utmost professionalism.
• Be part of sales calls and client meetings.
• Data and Reporting: Utilize data and metrics to track and report on recruitment key performance indicators (KPIs) and make data-driven decisions.
• Analyze trends to proactively address recruitment challenges.
• 100% adherence to internal online ATS and other tools for effective business outcome.

• Lead, mentor & retain all team members.
• Provide guidance and coaching to develop the team's skills and capabilities.

• Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in the recruitment & staffing industry.
• Invest in self-learning which have a direct impact to revenue, team management, productivity & profitability.
• Use market insights to tailor your recruitment strategies.
• Adopt a mindset of continuous improvement.
• Regularly assess your recruitment processes and look for areas to enhance efficiency.
• Understand how to use recruitment metrics and analytics tools effectively
• Follow all SOPs in the company.
