Job Description

Location: Noida / Hyderabad / Pan India

Experience: 3-6 Years

Design, develop, and deploy decision models, business rules, and BPM workflows using Decisions/ODM/Drools.
Develop SQL queries to fetch, transform, and analyze data for business reports and dashboards.
Use Python for automation, data manipulation, and integration with decisioning systems.
Design and publish Power BI dashboards for reporting and performance tracking.
Collaborate with stakeholders and business analysts to gather requirements and translate them into technical workflows.
Integrate APIs and data sources into decisioning applications.
Conduct unit testing, debugging, and provide end-to-end production support.
Ensure scalability, maintainability, and performance optimization of decisioning workflows and dashboards.

Job Specification

3–6 years of experience in Decision Development / BPM automation.
Hands-on experience with Decisions Tool, Decisioning, ODM, or similar decision engines.
Strong SQL development skills (queries, stored procedures, performance tuning).
Working knowledge of Python for scripting, automation, and integrations.
Experience in Power BI dashboard creation, data modeling, and DAX queries.
Strong understanding of decision tables, SLA management, scorecards, and reporting workflows.
Exposure to API development and integration (REST/SOAP).
Good knowledge of Agile methodologies.
