Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Debt Collector based in Varanasi. The Debt Collector will be responsible for managing and collecting outstanding debts from clients, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining accurate records of collection activities. Daily tasks include communicating with clients via phone, email, and letters, negotiating payment plans, and resolving discrepancies and disputes. The role requires the ability to use various computer systems to track and manage debts while ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
