Debt Collector

As a Recovery Agent based in Sector 18, Gurgaon, you will be responsible for maintaining records of communication, resolving customer queries, and achieving collection targets. The ideal candidate should have a minimum qualification of 12th pass with average English skills and possess a DRA certificate. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred. This is a full-time, permanent position with a monthly in-hand salary of 22k and a CTC of 27k. The work schedule is during day shifts from Monday to Friday. In addition to the base salary, you will be eligible for benefits such as commuter assistance, flexible schedule, provided food, health insurance, leave encashment, life insurance, and Provident Fund.
