Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for the position of Dean Academics at Chameli Devi Group of Institutions, located in Indore. The Dean Academics will oversee academic programs, ensure adherence to regulatory standards, develop and implement academic policies, and mentor faculty members. Key responsibilities also include leading curriculum development, fostering research initiatives, managing academic committees, and coordinating with various departments to ensure academic excellence.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills for managing academic programs and faculty development.
• Expertise in curriculum development, program assessment, and implementation of academic policies.
• Experience in research initiatives, committee management, and fostering industry-academia collaborations.
• Excellent communication, mentoring, and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with faculty and students.
• Extensive knowledge of regulatory compliance and accreditation processes, preferably with RGPV, DAVV, BCI,PCI and AICTE guidelines.
• Ph.D. in a relevant field, along with significant academic and administrative experience in higher education institutions preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to create a positive academic environment that fosters innovation, learning, and continuous improvement.
