Job Title: Dealer Sales Manager - HCV (Heavy Commercial Vehicles)Location: Udaipur, RajasthanExperience: 8-12 years in Automotive/Commercial Vehicle SalesSalary Range: ₹75,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month (Based on experience & fit)Interview Rounds: 3 About the Role:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Dealer Sales Manager to lead our Heavy Commercial Vehicle (HCV) sales operations in Udaipur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing dealer networks, driving sales growth, and ensuring market penetration for our HCV products. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and the ability to foster long-term relationships with dealers and customers. Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets for HCV segment.Manage and expand the dealer network, ensuring optimal performance and profitability.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities.Train and motivate dealer sales teams to enhance productivity and customer engagement.Ensure effective inventory management and timely delivery of vehicles to dealers.Resolve dealer concerns, negotiate agreements, and maintain strong business relationships.Collaborate with marketing teams to drive promotional campaigns and brand visibility.Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for senior management. Desired Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).8-12 years of experience in HCV/Commercial Vehicle sales, with a strong dealer network background.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding market share.Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
