Role Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Dealer Sales Manager to lead and drive the sales operations for Tata Motors - Commercial Vehicles (CV) at our dealership. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing the sales team, maintaining customer relations, and ensuring overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive monthly and annual CV sales targets as per dealership & OEM goals.
• Lead and manage a team of Sales Executives, ensure regular training and performance tracking.
• Generate leads through local market outreach, fleet operators, and institutional customers.
• Monitor DSE activities, daily reporting, and field movement.
• Coordinate with Tata Motors Area Sales Managers for target planning, schemes, and stock updates.
• Plan and execute local marketing initiatives, roadshows, and customer engagement activities.
• Ensure timely delivery, proper documentation, and smooth vehicle handover.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers and drive referral business.
• Analyse market trends and competitor activities to strategize sales plans.
• Ensure strict adherence to Tata Motors’ operational and brand standards.

Key Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 4-6 years in automobile sales (Commercial segment preferred).
• Education: Graduate (Marketing preferred).

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,306.79 per month
