Location: Noida based [PAN India responsibility]

Required Experience: 10+ years in Sales (through Dealer/distributor channel)

We are seeking an experienced and performance-driven Dealer Sales Manager to develop, manage, and expand PAN-India dealer/distributor network. Have to promote B2C product category through dealers network. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving revenue, enhancing dealer productivity and expanding market presence across India. Proven track in an independent execution, strategic thinking, go-getter attitude and can deliver results in niche market is must for the role.

Key Responsibilities & KPIs:-

Sales

Achieve and exceed annual sales targets.

Monitor sales performance by region and dealer.

Identify and convert growth opportunities across India

Provide sales forecasts, reports, and insights to the management team

Conduct regular business reviews with channel partners

Dealer Management

Recruit and develop a high-performing dealer network across India.

Conduct regular dealer audits and reviews.

Ensure dealers align with companys brand, pricing, and customer service expectations.

Monitor dealer performance and ensure compliance with company policies

Marketing Support

Implement marketing programs and campaigns in coordination with regional and global

teams.

Drive promotional activities and dealer incentive schemes.

Maintain pricing discipline and contribute to brand visibility initiatives.

Product Training & Support

Train dealers and their teams on product features, value propositions, and use-cases.

Coordinate product demos, field trials, and technical workshops with support teams.
