Dealer Sales Executive

As a Dealer Sales Executive (DSE) in the Automobiles Sector, your role will involve engaging with customers to understand their needs and preferences. You will demonstrate vehicles, explain their features, and guide customers through the purchasing process. Your key responsibilities will include: - Engaging with customers to understand their needs and preferences. - Demonstrating vehicles and explaining their features, performance, and benefits. - Guiding customers through the vehicle purchasing process. - Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets. - Maintaining updated records of customer interactions and sales activities. - Staying updated with the latest automobile models, features, and industry trends. - Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers. - Handling all paperwork associated with vehicle sales accurately. To qualify for this role, you should have at least 1 year of experience in vehicle sales and a minimum of a high school diploma. Additional qualifications in sales or marketing are advantageous. You should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to persuade and negotiate effectively, good organizational and time management skills, and proficiency in using computer systems related to sales. This position will require you to work on-site at the dealership located in Bhubaneswar. You may also need to work weekends and holidays based on customer demand. In return, you will receive a monthly salary of 16,000, additional incentives based on sales performance, and opportunities for career growth and development within the dealership.
