Job Description: Dealer Sales Executive (DSE) - Automobiles Sector Position: Dealer Sales Executive (DSE) Experience Required: Minimum 06 Month - 1 year in field sales Location: Plot No 9,Bhagawanpur Industrial Industrial Estate,Patrapada,Bhubaneswar-751019,IN Salary: ₹16,000 per month +TA+DA+INCENTIVE Responsibilities: Sales and Customer Interaction: Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences. Demonstrate vehicles and explain their features, performance, and benefits. Guide customers through the vehicle purchasing process, from initial consultation to final sale. Conduct test drives and ensure customer satisfaction during the process. Sales Targets: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the dealership. Maintain an updated record of customer interactions and sales activities. Product Knowledge: Stay updated with the latest automobile models, features, and industry trends. Provide accurate and detailed information to customers about the products. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business. Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns. Documentation and Reporting: Handle all paperwork associated with vehicle sales accurately. Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the management. Collaboration: Work closely with the dealership team, including the finance and service departments, to ensure a seamless customer experience. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve sales techniques and product knowledge. Requirements: Experience: At least 1 year of experience in vehicle sales. Education: Minimum of a high school diploma; additional qualifications in sales or marketing are advantageous. Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively. Good organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in using computer systems and software related to sales. Working Conditions: This role requires working on-site at the dealership located at Arya Pride Building, NH5 - Ghatikia Rd, Kalinga Vihar LIG, Kalinganagar, Bhubaneswar. The position may involve working weekends and holidays based on customer demand and dealership hours. Salary and Benefits: A monthly salary of ₹16,000 per month.
