Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Trade Execution:

Execute buy and sell orders of equity securities as authorized by Portfolio Managers.
Ensure optimal pricing, timely execution, and compliance with internal guidelines.
Prioritize risk management and minimize operational errors during trade execution.

Market Intelligence & Relationship Building:

Develop and maintain relationships with brokers and market participants for trade insights and execution efficiency.
Monitor market developments, trading environment changes, volumes, and price volatility.
Provide actionable insights to Portfolio Managers for informed investment decisions.

Trade Monitoring & Reporting:

Monitor trade execution quality and report deviations from expected trade metrics.
Recommend improvements in execution processes if needed.
Prepare daily trade summaries highlighting market trends and anomalies.

Compliance & Documentation:

Ensure all trades comply with regulatory standards and internal policies.
Maintain accurate records of executed trades to support audits and regulatory reviews.

Back Office Coordination:

Collaborate closely with the Back Office team to ensure timely and accurate trade settlements.
Manage discrepancies and facilitate prompt resolution of trade-related issues.
