Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Settlement, reporting, and reconciliation of debt, equity, derivatives, commodity, and overseas mutual fund trades.
  • Track FX booking, ensure funds availability, and process international transactions.
  • Liaise with custodians, banks, and dealers to ensure accurate trade execution and settlement.
  • Execute and monitor corporate actions across asset classes.
  • Process Fund of Fund trades and international securities.
  • Maintain proper documentation of business processes, controls, and trade settlements.
  • Track circulars and guidelines issued by SEBI, RBI, and exchanges.
  • Work closely with custody, treasury, and other stakeholders to resolve settlement issues.
