Key Responsibilities:

Trade Orders:

• Book trade orders in Bloomberg for AIFs as per Portfolio Manager (PM) instructions.
• Forward offshore mandate advice with all relevant details to concerned parties.
• Update PMs on fund cash positions.
• Maintain investment justifications for all equity and derivative trades.
• Prepare and maintain First Time Purchase Notes and SELL Notes for tax audit purposes.
• Maintain daily portfolio positions and perform position comparisons.
• Handle expiry rollover orders.
• Manage all beginning-of-day and end-of-day activities.

Proxy Voting:

• Manage the proxy voting process across NSDL, Karvy, Instavote, CDSL (domestic) and Proxy Edge (offshore).
• Maintain audit folders and files for proxy voting.
• Coordinate with auditors regarding proxy voting queries.
• Upload audited proxy data on the DSP website.

Stewardship:

• Schedule monthly stewardship meetings with the committee members.
• Prepare and circulate minutes of the meetings (MOM).
• Update internal tracking of analyst engagement and monitoring in Excel.
• Circulate monthly stewardship updates internally.
• Prepare agendas prior to stewardship meetings.

Administrative Duties:

• Manage travel arrangements, vendor invoices, and Outlook calendar for the function.
• Support ad hoc office and administrative requirements for the investment team.
