Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day finance operations, including AP, AR, GL, fixed assets, and segment-wise accounting across domestic and overseas offices.
Prepare, analyze, and circulate Monthly MIS, budgets, forecasts, and variance reports to support business decision-making.
Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, including preparation of Ind-AS financial statements.
Oversee statutory and internal audits; liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and banks on accounting treatments and compliance matters.
Maintain internal controls, process efficiencies, and implement best practices in financial management.
Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund utilization across business units.
Drive process improvements, automation, and SOP documentation within the finance function.
Implement digital solutions and ERP integrations to increase operational efficiency and reduce risks.
