Job Description:
We are looking for a Dayforce Succession Planning Specialist who can drive talent readiness and leadership continuity using Dayforce tools. The ideal candidate will support building and maintaining talent pipelines, readiness assessments, and career pathing within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Configure and manage succession plans, talent pools, and readiness indicators. Support HR in identifying and assessing high-potential employees. Create dashboards and reports for leadership visibility on succession metrics. Partner with Talent Management to develop internal mobility frameworks. Maintain data integrity and ensure regular updates to talent profiles.
Requirements:
5–7 years of experience working on Dayforce Succession Planning modules. Strong understanding of talent planning, leadership development, and competency modeling. Analytical mindset with the ability to drive data-informed decisions. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
