A deep understanding of software design principles, algorithms and data structures and commitment to technical excellence Strong communication skills and highly effective collaborator Able to articulate your ideas to teammates, peers, and leaders, providing details and supporting your ideas with data where applicable Incorporate others' input and feedback and strive to find common ground Enjoy and take pride in the work of your team.
