About the Role:

Database Developer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain robust relational database schemas
  • Write and optimize complex SQL queries and stored procedures
  • Ensure database performance, scalability, and reliability
  • Collaborate with backend developers to implement efficient data models
  • Conduct performance tuning and troubleshoot slow-running queries
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and consistency
  • Support data migration and backup strategies
  • Participate in regular code/database reviews and suggest improvements

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in

    SQL

    MySQL

    PostgreSQL

  • Deep understanding of

    relational database principles

  • Strong experience in

    query optimization

    and

    indexing strategies

  • Familiarity with

    backend integration

    (REST APIs, Node.js, or NestJS)
