Our Remote Infrastructure Management (RIM) services centralize administration infrastructure, providing comprehensive solutions including cyber and system security, remote monitoring, and server administration.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Database Administrator located in Chennai. The Database Administrator will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company's databases, providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring data integrity and security. Day-to-day tasks include database performance tuning, backup and recovery, and collaborating with other IT professionals to optimize system performance.

Qualifications

Strong Analytical Skills for database performance tuning and data analysis
Experience in Consulting and providing Technical Support
Proficiency in Troubleshooting and resolving database issues
Understanding of Sales processes and how databases support these operations
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Knowledge of database management systems, SQL, and database security protocols
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
