About the role:

Data Tracking Clerk

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update tracking spreadsheets in Excel on a daily/weekly basis
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ROI, conversion rates, and ad spend
• Track and analyze Facebook Ads data (and other ad platforms if applicable)
• Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting
• Identify trends and inconsistencies in performance data
• Create visual reports (using Excel, Google Sheets, or other tools)
• Proactively suggest improvements in data tracking methods
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all sources

Qualifications:

• Proven experience with data tracking and reporting
• Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, lookups, etc.)
• Experience working with digital marketing data (especially Facebook Ads)
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setting
• Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, or Google Data Studio is a plus
• Excellent communication skills
