About the Role

We are urgently seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst

This role requires an independent, detail-oriented professional with the ability to manage end-to-end data processes efficiently and deliver actionable insights to business teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle, clean, modify, and process

  large-scale datasets

  with accuracy.
• Scrape, mine, and validate business data for

  sales and lead generation

  .
• Work closely with

  BPO, KPO, LPO, HRO, business consulting, and sales teams

  to meet data requirements.
• Provide verified scrapped data of C-level executives using

  Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Google maps etc

  .
• Track employee activity and prepare relevant data reports for management.
• Upload, organize, and maintain data in CRM systems.
• Create company profiles and meaningful

  data visualizations

  for business insights.

Required Skills & Tools

• Big Data Expertise:

  Handling, cleaning, and modifying large datasets.

• Industry Experience:

  Exposure to BPO, KPO, LPO, HRO, business consulting, or sales environments.

• Technical Proficiency:

  Advance excel, Python, Pandas, Beautiful Soup, Selenium, R, Power BI, DAX, Tableau, Snowflake.

• CRM Management:

  Uploading, organizing, and validating data.

• Platforms:

  Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Google maps, LinkedIn etc.
• Advanced Excel skills with a focus on data quality assurance.

Qualifications & Experience

• At least

  4 years

  in a Data Analyst or Data Researcher role.
• Proven track record of delivering

  error-free, business-ready datasets

  .
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
