About the opportunity:

Data Analyst / Data Operator- Hyderabad -Hybrid

This person should be able to handle data, be on the frontline of tasks, and manage projects. Most of their work is in database/SQL. There will be a lot of business partners to communicate.

This person should not be afraid of coding - won’t be coding but knowing the basic of it would be good - JSON, understand logs, what can go wrong…

Someone who is willing to learn, curious, 1-3 years of experience (jr/mid is okay).

Resilient, be able to handle working in a fast-paced company, where things won’t fall on your lap. BI is nice to have, excellent communication skills and strong-minded.

More of a project management.

Team structure: 3 leaders in PST, 6 devs + 1 manager in IST.

Responsibilities:

 Oversee the full lifecycle of data requests - from gathering requirements and prioritizing with product managers to delivering solutions to stakeholders.

 Create, manage, and prioritize the DevOps backlog, ensuring urgent issues are addressed in collaboration with product managers and engineering teams.

 Troubleshoot data issues across internal systems, identify root causes, assess urgency, and set clear expectations with business stakeholders.

 Respond to technical inquiries from stakeholders and route them to appropriate internal teams when needed.

 Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback, align on priorities, and ensure transparent communication around feature releases.

Requirements:

 Experience: 3+ years in data operations, technical support, or a related field.

 Problem-Solving: Ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

 Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with business stakeholder, internal users, and partners.

 Technical Skills: Proficiency in managing data feeds, troubleshooting data issues, and managing tasks for the DevOps team.

 Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and ensure

timely completion of responsibilities.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
