Product Data Operations Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with business managers to resolve partner queries and ensure smooth data flow.
• Manage end-to-end requests lifecycle from gathering requirements, working with engineering to prioritize work, and delivering it to the partner.
• Create, manage, and prioritize the DevOps backlog to ensure the engineering team completes data/DevOps tasks on time.
• Managed and troubleshooted data feeds sent to partners, ensuring accuracy and promptly resolving issues.
• Renew and manage encryption keys, coordinating with IT and business managers.
• Set up data feeds for new partners, including creating login credentials and coordinating with internal teams.
• Address technical questions from partners and deflect them to the appropriate internal stakeholders when necessary.

• "Better ability to manage stakeholders

  , i.e., more on the business side, product/project management. At any given week, this role should be able to

  manage 10-20 stakeholders with varying degrees of handholding in different time zones.

• Better ability to manage end-to-end request lifecycle from clarifying, defining, sizing, prioritizing, executing with the tech team, and delivering to the customer."

Requirements:

• Experience:

  3+ years in data operations, technical support, or a related field

  .
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with business managers and partners.

• Problem-Solving:

  Ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and ensure timely completion of responsibilities.

• Technical Skills:

  Proficiency in managing data feeds, troubleshooting data issues, and managing tasks for the DevOps team.

Education:

• Two interview rounds
• Mode: Virtual interview
