Role & responsibilities

• Prepare onboarding documentation and communication plan.
• Review client files and define project scope
• Create custom import scripts and reports using MySQL
• Manipulate and format data for import tools
• Meet with clients to resolve data issues and provide guidance
• Support training sessions and troubleshoot technical concerns
  

Preferred candidate profile

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in data operations.
• Strong MySQL skills for imports and reporting.
• Proficiency in data manipulation and transformation.
• Familiarity with AI prompting and automation tools.
• Excellent English communication for client-facing interactions.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SaaS onboarding, regulatory compliance, or cosmetics industry data.
  

Work Hours: Ideally 3:00 am - 11 am EST; (1:30 pm - 9:30 pm)
