Key Responsibilities:

• Translate business requirements into ML models, algorithms, and technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines, dashboards, and analytical tools.
• Build, optimize, and deploy ML & Deep Learning models, including LLMs (GPT, BERT, etc.).
• Apply NLP and generative AI techniques to real-world use cases.
• Conduct A/B testing and ensure model quality and performance.
• Work with structured and unstructured data from multiple sources.
• Present insights effectively using strong visualization and storyboarding skills.
• Stay up-to-date with AI/ML advancements and contribute to continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2–8 years of experience in AI/ML, Data Science, or related fields.
• Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or MBA in Data Science/Analytics.
• Strong programming skills in Python (R/Java/C++ is a plus).
• Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, scikit-learn.
• Expertise in ML, Deep Learning, NLP, neural networks, CNN, RNN, Transformers.
• Minimum 2 years of experience training and fine-tuning LLMs.
• Experience deploying models in production using AWS / Azure / GCP.
• Familiarity with MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB.
• Knowledge of version control (Git) and containerization (Docker).
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms & distributed computing.
• Experience with visualization tools like Tableau, Matplotlib, Flask, Streamlit.
• Strong communication and storyboarding skills for business presentations.
