Data Scientist

As an AI/ML Engineer at our company, you will be part of a dynamic team driving cutting-edge AI solutions across traditional machine learning, deep learning, and generative AI. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and optimize traditional AI/statistical models and deep learning architectures such as RNN, LSTM, CNN, and Transformers. - Utilize SQL, EDA, feature engineering, and data visualization to derive actionable insights. - Build and fine-tune Generative AI, NLP, LLMs, Chatbots, Agentic AI, and MCP-based systems using frameworks like OpenAI, GPT, and more. - Develop scalable backend solutions and model deployment pipelines using Django, FastAPI, and Flask. - Contribute to data engineering & ETL pipelines, including big data ecosystems like Spark and EMR. - Apply MLOps best practices for continuous integration, delivery, and monitoring of models. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create AI-driven applications that address business challenges. Required Skills & Expertise: - Strong foundation in Computer Science, Mathematics, and Statistics. - Hands-on experience with Python/R programming. - Proficiency in TensorFlow, Keras, and other deep learning frameworks. - Experience in data modeling, big data tools, and large-scale data processing. - Knowledge of Generative AI, NLP, and LLMs (OpenAI, GPT, Transformers, etc.). - Understanding of MLOps, deployment pipelines, and cloud-based environments.
