Data Scientist

What You'll Work On:

• Designing and deploying scalable NLP/ML models for real-world applications.
• Fine-tuning LLMs using LoRA, PEFT, QLoRA.
• Building GenAI apps using LangChain, Hugging Face, OpenAI API, and RAG.
• Integrating LLMs like ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude with context-aware capabilities.
• Developing LLM pipelines with data curation, preprocessing, and scalable deployment.
• Working with Transformer architectures (BERT, GPT, LLaMA, T5).
• Using tools like Flask, FastAPI, Docker, Kubeflow for deployment.
• Evaluating models using performance metrics and user feedback.

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong Python and ML/NLP expertise.
• Experience with GenAI, prompt engineering, and vector databases (FAISS, ChromaDB).
• Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, vLLM, HuggingFace Transformers.
• Understanding of cost-performance tradeoffs in model deployment.

Bonus:

• Exposure to Agentic AI workflows.
• Knowledge of scalable architectures and logging tooling.
• Agile methodology experience (Scrum/Kanban).
