As a non-paid, commission-based fellow, you will conduct in-depth research, collect reliable data as per direction, and provide evidence-based recommendations to strengthen our international initiatives and strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Conduct primary and secondary research on topics related to education, entrepreneurship, and social development.

✅ Collect, analyze, and interpret data from credible sources.

✅ Prepare structured research reports, white papers, and knowledge briefs.

✅ Identify global and regional trends to support decision-making.

✅ Collaborate with project teams to provide data-backed insights.

✅ Maintain high ethical standards in research and data handling.

🔍 Requirements:

🎯 Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Research, Social Sciences, Development Studies, Business, Data Science, Data Analytics, or related fields.

🎯 Strong research, analytical, and writing skills.

🎯 Proficiency in MS Office/Google Suite (experience with research databases is a plus).

🎯 Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

🎯 Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
