What You’ll Do

Review and negotiate
Data Processing Agreements (DPAs)
and
Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs)
Lead or support implementation of
GDPR
,
CCPA
,
DPDPA
, and other privacy frameworks
Advise on
cross-border data transfers
, regulatory risks, and privacy compliance
Collaborate with
IT and InfoSec teams
to support privacy-by-design and secure data handling
Conduct
Privacy Impact Assessments (DPIAs)
and deliver internal privacy training sessions
Stay ahead of evolving data privacy laws and advise leadership on potential impacts

What We’re Looking For

LLB or LLM
from a recognized university
10–12 years
of relevant legal/privacy experience
Strong understanding of
GDPR, CCPA, ISO 27701, and DPDPA
Hands-on experience with
EU and UK SCCs
, and DPA negotiations
Mandatory certification
: CIPP/E, CIPM, or CIPT
Excellent
contract negotiation
,
legal advisory
, and
analytical skills
Experience with privacy tools like
OneTrust
or
TrustArc
is a plus
