Job Summary
As an Experienced Associate – Data Operations Support Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting data quality, operational reporting, and performance monitoring for the ServiceMax – Service Board platform. This role is key to ensuring accurate service data, smooth data flows, and timely reporting to support field operations and integrated supply chain processes. You’ll work closely with business analysts, developers, and operations leads in a managed services model.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor daily data operations related to field service processes within ServiceMax.
  • Perform data validation, cleansing, and enrichment to ensure high-quality operational and service data.
  • Support ticket triage and issue resolution through ServiceNow or similar tools.
  • Assist with data migration tasks, working with templates from Smartsheets, Box, or ServiceNow into Salesforce/ServiceMax.
  • Collaborate with ETL and development teams to ensure smooth data integration and processing.
  • Maintain and update SOPs, knowledge articles, and user documentation for recurring tasks and issues.
  • Run standard operational reports and dashboards using tools such as Excel, Salesforce Reports, or Power BI.
  • Track SLAs and provide inputs to Alteryx dashboards for performance monitoring.
Required Skills and Experience:

  • 3–6 years of experience in data operations, application support, or business support roles in a technology environment.
  • Proficiency in Excel and basic understanding of SQL for data analysis and validation.
  • Familiarity with CRM or field service platforms like ServiceMax or Salesforce.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality and accuracy.
  • Good understanding of service delivery processes and operational metrics.
Nice to Have:
  • Exposure to ETL tools like Informatica IICS or reporting platforms like Alteryx or Power BI.
  • Experience working in a managed services environment or within shared delivery teams.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems like ServiceNow.
  • Understanding of supply chain or field service domain concepts.
