Data Operations Analyst

As a Data Operations Analyst, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Implement day to day customer master data queries and activities, including providing site master data support for set up, transfers, and retirement of sites. - Analyze data and execute necessary actions, while maintaining good relationships with business functions. - Run data performance reports to ensure key quality measures such as completeness, consistency, uniqueness, and accuracy are met. - Generate and analyze MDM monthly performance reports and statistics to monitor efficiency and accuracy. - Identify and implement process and solution requirements for the master data management process. - Regularly supervise and resolve outstanding master data management issues, escalating to higher levels of authority when necessary for solutions or feedback. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in management, business, finance, accounting, or a related field. - Proven ability to handle a client-service oriented function, with experience in procurement, supply chain, customer, or finance fields. - Strong experience in master data systems management and development, with hands-on experience in data conversion, consolidation, enrichment, and harmonization. - Proficiency in SAP or any other ERP system. - Experience working cross-culturally and in an international environment. - Ability to communicate and influence across various levels in the organization. - Engaging and collaborative work style. - Resilience and experience working in a sophisticated environment. - Skills in business process control, commercial acumen, credit management, data analysis, data visualization, interpretation, financial reporting, influencing, internal control, and compliance.
