Job Description:

Primary Skills

1. Data Modelling Expertise

• Hands-on experience (5–10 years) in data modelling using tools like Erwin, ER Studio, etc.
• Strong understanding of conceptual, logical, and physical data models.

1. Teradata FSLDM Knowledge

• Deep familiarity with Teradata Financial Services Logical Data Model (FSLDM), including structure, components, and implementation best practices.

1. Teradata Technologies

• Proficiency in Teradata SQL, utilities, and performance tuning.

1. SQL Proficiency

• Strong SQL skills for data manipulation, query optimization, and validation.

1. Documentation & Governance

• Ability to create and maintain detailed documentation for data models, mappings, and governance policies.

Secondary Skills

1. Metadata Management

• Understanding of metadata principles and tools.

1. Data Warehousing Concepts

• Familiarity with medallion architecture and best practices.

1. Analytical & Problem-Solving

• Ability to identify and resolve data-related issues efficiently.

1. Insurance Domain Knowledge (Preferred)

• Understanding of insurance-specific data structures and business processes.
